Christmas Lookbook : Outfit 1

Thankful it's another Christmas season and if you're anything like me, you've been going from stores to online catalogues in search of the perfect christmas & New year outfits. Well, if you haven't decided on an outfit yet, no need to panic, I will be having a look-book to help. This is the first in the lookbook.

You can't go wrong with gold and sequins. I feel like unless you're going for a Gatsby themed party, it can't be anymore party appropriate. This season, most stores have at least one of those type of dresses, or tops and even skirts. All roads lead to River Island, they have the best sequin dresses. My dress above was a last year's fit paired with a long skirt to give that elegant feel.
Dorothy Perkins has really nice and affordable ones as-well. For glittering & sequin skirts, you can't go wrong with topshop.

And i would advise that with the sequin outfits, please and please try to keep the accessories as simple as possible. There is always a difference between looking glamorous and comical lol.

Lots & Lots of love,

All white again?

Forgive me in advance for the quality.

But who's tired of the all white outfits? definently not me. Arguably, it's out of trend, but it undoubtedly stays defining class. I'd say when in doubt, wear all white.

The Renaissance Hotel - Manchester

Hey guys,
Hope you are all well? I've missed you and blogging in general.
It's possible that you might have noticed how i shied away from posting in the 'food and lifestyle' column on the blog. Well with little concerns now about my initial reservations, i've decided to make my second posting. The reason being that over the weekend my friend wanted a decent evening for her 20th and wanted me to recommend a restaurant. (I love how they trust my opinion on fashion, food, and lifestyle amongst other things lol)

And although i've been to London severally, i found that i still couldn't recommend a top notch restaurant. I decided to search for blogs who had reviews or something of the sort, and i surprisingly found that very little blogs offered anything useful.
With that in mind, i've made up my mind to review hotels, restaurant and all things lifestyle that God would give me the grace to experience. From the really casual dine-in's to top notch restaurants, i offer to be the 'scape goat'. I will try all of them to give you good reviews.
Let the exciting journey begin!! :)
